VMC asks for feedback about communication

As a referring veterinarian, are you receiving the information you need from the WCVM Veterinary Medical Centre (VMC) in a way that best works for you and your clinical team?

Effective communication is key to the VMC's relationship with its community of referring veterinarians across Western Canada. To help improve the communication process, the VMC is asking referring veterinarians to complete a brief survey that consists of six questions covering the following topics:  

  • your preferences for receiving information related to services and programs and the VMC
  • your feedback on how the VMC can improve its communication line with referring veterinarians
  • your interest and preferences for WCVM-based continuing education sessions
