"Patient care is the number one priority for both the VMC and referring veterinarians, so we're hoping this document will help all of us work together more effectively as we join a patient's health care team."

The document outlines the VMC's referral process and the steps involved in submittign an effective referral to the veterinary teaching hospital. It also includes tips on how referring veterinarians can help to set their clients' expectations before their animals come to the veterinary teaching hospital.
