VMC seeks feedback about discharge notes and referrals
To help make future improvements, the WCVM Veterinary Medical Centre (VMC) is inviting all referring veterinarians to complete a short survey about the hospital's discharge notes and referral letters.
When patients are seen at the VMC, members of the hospital's clinical team complete various types of paperwork to record and provide important medical information. The VMC is now investigating ways that the hospital can improve its discharge notes and referral letters.
The VMC greatly appreciates your valuable input as we make improvements to our processes that will meet your needs as well as the needs of your clients and patients.
